b. Physical Goods (Print-on-Demand Clothing and Accessories via Printful)

We partner with Printful to fulfill print-on-demand clothing and accessory orders. Print-on-demand products are custom-made when you place an order, and as a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes ordered.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Printful’s return policy. Please review the details below:

• Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return for these items, please email us at support@archoundstudios.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

• Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address that results in the item being returned to our fulfillment partner (Printful), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.

• Unclaimed Packages: Any packages returned to Printful due to being unclaimed by the recipient will be reshipped at your expense. Unclaimed items are not eligible for refunds.

• Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items based on incorrect size, as all products are custom-made based on your order.
